2016–2021: Pit reporter in the heart of the paddock From March 2016 I fronted Formula 1 coverage at Ziggo Sport. For five seasons I formed a fixed F1 duo with Olav Mol. As pit reporter I took viewers deep into the paddock with my Grid Walks, spontaneous no-nonsense interviews, and a dose of humor. That approach delivered unique moments and valuable inside information straight from the circuit.

2022–present: Expert, analyst, and the Glazen Bol After the F1 rights moved, I stayed at Ziggo Sport and joined as a regular expert in the Ziggo Sport Race Café. Since 2022 I have also provided live commentary together with Olav Mol for Grand Prix Radio. In the Race Café I share my sports knowledge and make predictions with my now well-known Glazen Bol. For almost ten years I have shared my passion for Formula 1 with the fans.

The familiar voices of Olav Mol and me can still be heard in Formula 1. Although we left television in 2022, we kept going at Grand Prix Radio with live commentary for all F1 sessions. During every session I sit next to Olav and Koen Bakker, bringing my paddock knowledge, background information, and inside scoops straight to listeners. With our years of experience we give fans the familiar, unfiltered sound they expect.

Alongside my other work I regularly join the guys from the morning show on Radio 538. Especially around race weekends we give listeners a quick update on Formula 1. It is the ideal place to casually share some news. I mainly tell the paddock stories you normally would not hear so quickly. That way listeners can follow the sport easily, often with a laugh and some tall tales to start the morning.
